Going camping with your dog(s) can be such an amazing and fun time, but make sure you’re prepared and doing it properly.
It’s such a great way to bond with your dog, and honestly, nothing makes me happier than seeing her excitement when we get to the trailhead.
Hiking alone is a totally different ball game than hiking with others, no matter your experience level. I think my favorite thing though about solo hiking as a female is the empowerment of it.
While it can be extremely nerve-wracking to go camping by yourself in the woods, I promise you it’s worth it. Being able to spend a night under the stars around a campfire with a good book and some music… heaven.
