Solo travel means different things to different people. For you, that could be a few hours exploring your nearest downtown or a trip visiting another state. As terrifying as solo travel can be, there are so many reasons why you SHOULD do it.
Hiking alone is a totally different ball game than hiking with others, no matter your experience level. I think my favorite thing though about solo hiking as a female is the empowerment of it.
