Ohio might not be the number one place on your bucket list, but it should at least be on the list! There are so many activities and sights to see here in the Buckeye State, from sports to parks to art, and everything in between. Whatever your hobby or interest, I bet we have something for you here.

I broke up this list into the regions of Ohio to help organize it. Below is a list of all the places worth checking out here in Ohio. Enjoy!

Northeast Region

Northeast Ohio is probably the first area you think of in Ohio, and it includes the major cities of Cleveland and Youngstown. This region has pretty much everything you need, from renowned food places, museums, parks, and more. The area is diverse and full of history.

Northwest Region

This region is also along Lake Erie and is known for Cedar Point, the islands, and the major city of Toledo.

Columbus Skyline

Central Region

The home of the Buckeye State Capital - Columbus. This thriving region also has everything you could want - most notably shopping and sports. Due to the many colleges and job opportunities, young people tend to flock here.

Southeast Region

While there’s no major cities in this region, it’s heavily visited due to the sheer beauty of this area, what with the rolling foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Here you’ll find some of the most visited parks in the entire state.
